Services Provided

Elite Gardening provides professional landscaping, garden design, maintenance, tree care, irrigation, and related horticultural services. All services are subject to weather conditions and seasonal availability.

Payment Terms

• Design consultations require 50% deposit upon contract signing
• Installation projects require 30% deposit, 60% at project midpoint, 10% upon completion
• Maintenance services billed monthly in advance
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly service charge

Warranty

We provide 2-year warranty on plant installations and 1-year warranty on hardscaping work. Warranty requires adherence to our care instructions and covers replacement of defective materials or workmanship, not acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Gardening's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, utility line damage (when not marked), or plant failure due to weather, pests, or inadequate customer care.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 48-hour notice. Design deposits are non-refundable after initial consultation. Installation projects may be cancelled with 72-hour notice, subject to materials and labor costs incurred.

Force Majeure
